Julie, for as long as I’ve known you, your mission has been to uplift and inspire women to look beyond the package and to connect to the inner being that is the closest to God. As a yoga teacher where one of the first principles is Ahimsa (non-harming) I love that you say women should honor, respect and love themselves; that will lead to the end of negative self talk and destructive behaviors.
